Michelle’s primary focus is helping leaders and employees achieve high-performance and measurable results that encompass engagement, productivity, well-trained individuals, and effective teams. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Training and Organizational Development from the University of Minnesota is a Certified Professional Learning and Performance (CPLP) with ATD and works as an adjunct faculty member for Roosevelt University.
