Executive / Leadership Coaching – With attention to analyzing 360 reports, providing feedback, creating individual development. Michelle is a certified coach with WABC (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches).
Consulting – Michelle uses the Appreciative Inquiry process to gather crucial information related to the formation of integrated, inspiring and straightforward mission, vision, values, and goals.
Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Training and Organizational Development from the University of Minnesota, is a Certified Professional Learning and Performance (CPLP) with ATD and works as an adjunct faculty member for Roosevelt University.
